The £10 setup fee covers the cost of creating your personalized, weather-resistant memorial plaque, engraving/printing the custom QR code, packaging, and standard postage to your address.
The recurring subscription costs £1.99 per month. It is billed monthly and keeps the digital memorial page live and editable.
Today you will be charged £11.99. This consists of the £10 one-time plaque setup fee and your first month subscription of £1.99.
You can customize the cover image, upload a profile photo, input key dates, specify locations, write a short summary, compose a full biography/life story, upload up to 50 gallery images, and configure privacy options (including password protection).
Each memorial page has a unique QR code. We print this QR code on a high-quality physical plaque. When visitors scan the QR code with their mobile phone camera, they will be redirected to the public (or password-protected) online memorial page.
Yes, you can log in to your account and edit the story, upload new images, or delete photos at any time as long as your subscription is active.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time directly from the "My Account" area of your dashboard. There are no cancellation fees.
If you cancel, your page will remain live and editable until the end of your paid billing period. After that, your billing will stop and the page status will update. Depending on system settings, the page will either remain visible but locked for editing, or become inactive until you reactivate.
You can upload and store up to 50 images per memorial page in the gallery.
Yes. You can set the page privacy to "Public" (anyone can view), "Private" (hidden from public view and search engines), or passcode protected (only visitors who enter the correct password can view).
Absolutely. The public memorial page is fully responsive and optimized to look beautiful and render quickly on all mobile phones, tablets, and desktop computers.
